For starters, eating disorders can be the ultimate outcome of improper dieting. Anorexia and bulimia are fairly common nowadays due to unhealthy dietary techniques. Though these achieve desired results, the effects are detrimental to the body and sometimes even cause death.

Increasing water intake is an integral part of any type of dietary technique. It is one of the most important aspects of weight loss. Water and other liquids are capable of flushing the toxins and other excess elements out of the body. In short, regular and increased fluid intake during diet can help cleanse the body.
